"Labeling machine is a packaging equipment used in industries such as food and beverage, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. It is mainly used to wrap shrink film labels on bottles and tightly adhere them to the bottle body through thermal or pressure shrinkage. Its working principle is to automatically send the next label through a servo controlled driving group, and at the same time, the brushing wheel group will brush the next roll label, and then put the label onto the bottle.
The structure of the labeling machine mainly includes the following units:
Feeding group: The feeding motor is driven by a frequency converter to rotate and transport label film materials.
Electric eye frame group: using fiber optic electric eye to transmit signals, providing index servo for fixed size transmission, and the position of the electric eye can be adjusted high or low.
Drive group: Adopting a dual drive feeding mechanism, driven by a subscript servo motor, used for fixing the central column and subscript power transmission.
Knife disk group: It adopts a synchronous wheel mechanism and is driven by a servo motor. When the bottle feeding photoelectric gives a signal, the cutter motor drives the blade to rotate once to cut the label.
Brushing off group: Using a synchronous adjustment mechanism, adjust the two sets of conveying wheels to slightly contact the rollers below the center column. When the labels pass through, insert them into the bottle at a higher speed.
Bottle separation screw: Divide the bottles to be labeled evenly and enter the bottle group. The speed is controlled by a frequency converter and synchronized with the conveyor belt.
Electric eye for bottle inspection: detects whether a bottle has passed through, and when a bottle has passed, outputs a signal to make the cutting blade start rotating. The left and right positions can be adjusted.
Conveyor belt: Use a frequency converter to adjust the speed of the conveyor belt to match the speed suitable for various production capacities.
Bottle group: It adopts synchronous transmission on both sides, with one handwheel for adjusting the height of the label and the positioning of the bottle clamp, in order to prevent shaking and control the height of the label during bottle conveying. The speed is controlled by a frequency converter and synchronized with the conveyor belt."
